An Apple a Day

I like to snack. There are of course different camps on whether or not you should, but the fact is, I like to snakc and that is all there is to it. This year my word is 'nourish' and I mean every part of me! In that vein, I came up with a snack that can also serve as an easy break fast, is quick and easy to make & uses stuff I already have on hand!

For one person, I use 2-3 teaspoons each of yogurt and almond butter, swirl it all together, slice up an apple and enjoy! How easy is that? Taking the time to nourish myself with some that tastes good and keeps me going is a surefire way to feel good!
